Dead skin cells are held together on the skin's surface by protein bonds. Enzymes such as papain, a protein-dissolving enzyme from papaya, break down exactly these bonds. The dead cells are released without needing to be rubbed off.

How to use your enzyme peel
OPEN: after cleansing, apply the Beta-Enzyme or the Enzyme Specialist to the face, leave on as directed and rinse off thoroughly with warm water. The Enzyme Cleansing Booster replaces your cleanser morning and evening.
TREAT: then apply a serum, for example from our collection anti-aging serum. The freshly exfoliated skin absorbs the actives particularly well.
CLOSE: finish with your cream.
During the day: exfoliated skin reacts more sensitively to UV light. Always protect it with our face sunscreen.
